Create a Strong Foundation to MOVE! with Pilates
Prepare to MOVE! in our Pilates studio with our New Client Package, 4 private training sessions that introduce you to the PIlates method, to help stabilize your core and create over all body strength. This package will prepare you to participate in our Foundation Tower and Mat classes or continue with private training.
Get MOVEing!
Try one class for free! You're invited to try a class in MOVE! studio, our group workout studio. We recommend the following classes for those who are new to exercise:
- BODYVIVE
Feel energized, rejuvenated and vibrant in this low-impact class where you choose just how hard you want to work. Easy-to-learn foot patterns get your heart rate brewing for a great cardio workout. Then be coached step-by-step through a creative functional strength workout that increases lean muscle mass using balls and resistance tubing. The class also includes balance, coordination and flexibility training - important additions as we age. Did we forget to mention the uplifting and inspiring music? An excellent choice for clients who prefer an option to high-impact moves, or those getting back into fitness.
- Weekend REHAB
This cardio and strength combo is the perfect start to your week. Alternating between short cardio sequences and strength sequences, this class keeps you moving by keeping simple and effective.
- BODYFLOW
A fusion of tai-chi, Yoga and Pilates set to music. You'll improve your strenght, flexibility and gain peace of mind.
- Spinning / Strength Combo
Improve your overall fitness with a 30 minute stationary cycling ride followed by a variety of strength, agility and flexibility exercises.

New to Pilates?

Try our New Client Package of 4 private PIlates sessions to get individualized attention and a workout tailored to your needs.
Start with a Group!
Sometimes, it feels better to have someone "in the trenches" with you. So, bring a group of friends or family together to share the experience. We offer group intro packages for 2-4 participants. This group intro will prepare you for our Foundation Tower and Mat classes.
Intro to Pilates and Tower
We now offer ongoing Intor to PIlates and Mat classes so you can join in at any time. No prerequisite, just bring your mind and your body. We'll help you with ther rest!
