“Classical Pilates not only focuses on each exercise, but on connecting the exercises together making the workout more energizing,” says owner Aaron Ellis. “This method has a specific progression of advancement to help prevent injury and to get the best results. It is a powerful workout”.

Practiced for decades as a method of rehabilitation, Pilates is gaining momentum as a fitness regimen endorsed by celebrities and professional athletic teams. It is popular for its benefits: a workout designed to strengthen and stretch the body, improve posture and balance, and relieve chronic pain and weakness by addressing muscular imbalances.

Because of its rapid growth and its focus on the spine, quality of instruction is important when selecting a trainer. Re form staff are fully-certified, completing over 300 hours of instruction through Power Pilates in New York, the standard in Pilates education and voted “Best of” by New York magazine.

Re form studio is located on Route 24 (40 East Mill Road) in Long Valley across from Hoffman’s Supply. Visit the website: www.reform-studio.com, or call (908) 876-1876.
